Holy Trinity Church
On  Saturday 29th November the Christmas Fayre will be held in the Church Hall. It will be opened by Mrs Lowry of Te-ar-y-Teify at

Catholic Church
A Candlelit Christmas Carol Service featuring a Festival of Choirs, (Holy Trinity Church Choir, Rainbows Choir and the Senior and Junior Choirs of Our Lady of Peace) and the Johnson Town Band will be held on the 12th December at 7pm in the Catholic Church,

Victorian Night
Organised this year by the NCE & Adpar Victorian Night & Events Group and supported by the Town Council it runs from 5.30pm to 9pm on Wednesday the 3rd of December. It is a night not to be missed. Dress up in Victorian costume and win a prize.  Most shops will be open late and free  refreshments will be available at many.  Many street stalls are expected and the Land train will run. Listen to the carol singers, the live music and the bands and enjoy roast chestnuts or hot soup, see the Victorian Flea-Circus or the Punch & Judy. Visit Hanes Emlyn history exhibition in the Market Hall or the Country Market in the Mart Field. Prizegiving will be at 8.30pm in  Ty-Nest, Emlyn Arms Hotel where you will be able to listen to 'Radwm' play live Welsh & Irish Folk Music also 'Old Time Music Hall Songs'.

Snow White.
Apple Dance Studio present their yearly extravaganza of music and dance with their production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at Ysgol Gyfun Emlyn School Hall on Friday 28th of November at 7pm and also on Saturday 29th at 2 and 7pm together with Swing the Mood, a mixed programme of dance. Tickets are available at £5 from Fforest Signs in Emlyn Square.
