There are several footpaths along the river bank and around the Castle grounds. A picnic area can be found by the Castle Car Park and on the Castle meadows with disabled access. Parking costs 80p all day or 50p for 4 hours, 20p half hour. The town boasts a children’s playground together with all-weather bowling green, football, rugby and several tennis courts, a Leisure Centre and Swimming Pool. The town is served by bus services from Cardigan and Carmarthen.
